1. Every morning have some time for yourself. Take a contrastive shower, make sure to brush your teeth twice a day. It would be ideal if you brushed your teeth after every meal. Unfortunately, it’s normal that you don’t do it because of a fast pace of life.

2. Forget about the elevator. Stop using it both are work and at home. Use stairs instead. This choice is perfect to strengthen your legs.

3. Go to the pool. Doing sport in water strengthens your muscles without many efforts.

4. Communicate. Try to talk to as many people as possible every day. Exchanging possitive information leads to possitive emotions which are required by each person.

5. Exercise. Did you choose going to the gym? Great! Buy a stylish sportswear and go ahead. You may find it boring to do it alone so invite your friends to go together. You will see how much fun it is to do it with someone else and after a workout have a nice conversation while drinking fresh juice.

6. Eat more fruits and vegetables. They are easy to digest and also they provide all necessary vitamins and microelements.

7. Think possitively. Try to think only about possitive thigs forget all bad thoughts.

8. Have sex. It’s the best cure for all diseases. You will get good emotions for the entire day.

9. Drink water. Try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of still water every day.

10. Enjoy a glass of red wine. Make sure it’s just one glass.
