5 skin mistakes that can be solved!

We skip using the sunscreen on a gray day or fail to remove our make-up thinking that it’s unlikely to do any real harm. However, such beauty mistakes lead our skin to aging. Whether you try to use common excuses, try following these five simple solutions that will help you to prevent wrinkles, brown spots or acne. It will take only a few minutes a day to see the results.

Excuse: I’m too tired for washing my face.
Solution: Failing to wash your face and sleeping with makeup causes acne and enlarged pores, so make sure you have no-rinse face wipes on your night desk. It will take only few minutes to clean your face before bed and ensure fresh-looking skin for years.

Excuse: Sunscreen is not for winter!
Solution: UVA rays affect our skin all year around and because they can penetrate the glass, sunscreen should be applied even when we are indoors.  For keeping your skin looking youthful, use a sunscreen or moisturizer with an SPF 30 EVERY DAY.

Excuse: Beauty products for are too expensive.
Solution: According to studies, mass products are as effective as sold in expensive stores, so shop in drugstores to save! Look at ingredients to find the best solution for your skin, like hyaluronic acid, retinoids, AHA’s or vitamin C.

Excuse: Nothing seems to work!
Solution: To see the results of many ingredients, it may take up to 8 weeks, so be patient and wait for expected benefits. For some anti-agers, our skin may even need to build up a tolerance.

Excuse: I have too sensitive skin for exfoliating.
Solution: To make your skin bright and smooth, you should use the scrub to eliminate dead cells. However, instead of expected results, you may find your skin red and irritated because of exfoliator which is way too aggressive. To solve this problem, choose chemical solutions with glycolic acid for example and avoid exfoliating more than once or twice a week.
