Probably everybody knows what you have to do in order to lose weight. However, it is always easier to say it than do it. These tricks will help you to reach your goal.

Drink plenty of water and other low calorie beverages. Sometimes we think we are hungry, but in fact we are thirsty. If you don’t like water, adds few drops of juice, then it will taste a bit like your favorite fruits and you will not have many calories.

Think about what you can eat and what you cannot. Try to focus that you have to eat 5-9 fruits and vegetables per day. It may look like a lot, but it is a good amount as it will keep you full and you will eat less other food.

Evaluate if you are really hungry. Hunger is a sign that your body needs energy. Also remember that your stomach is a size of your fist. Never eat more than this size portion of food. Eating small portions will also help you to learn to understand when you are really hungry.

Be careful choosing late snacks. Do not make it a habit. Choose an hour from which you cannot eat anything. The best time is three hours before you are going to bed. If you still want to snack at night, choose something low in calories. When you get used to this, try to replace them with tea without sugar.

Eat sweets when you are out. If you want something sweet, invite some friends and go to eat ice cream in a nice place. Eating out you will not exaggerate with sweets as you would when eating at home.

Eat often in small portions. This way you will not get hungry and consume much less food and control your appetite.

Eat lots of proteins. They suppress hunger for a long time. The most efficient diets are the ones based on proteins. If you add working out to this diet, you will soon see results.
