Appetite is not your enemy

Uncontrollable food cravings are a strong power that is hard to resist. Binge eating is not only bad for your shape, but it can also affect your health. So how to fight this excessive wish to eat?

1. After eating, leave the table straight away. If you think, you are still a little bit hungry, wait for 15-20 minutes and then as yourself I you are hungry again. A feeling of satiety comes after some time.

2. A short walk after eating, even for 5 minutes, strengthens the feeling of satiety.

3. Never eat standing. This way you will eat much more than sitting.

4. Avoid short and strict diets. Usually they don’t give long-term results and you get all the kilos back.

5. Eat your breakfast. Morning food wakes your body up and increases fat burning. One of the best meals to eat in the morning – oat meal. They make you feel full and help to lose weight.

6. Eat 5 times per day. Do not eat unhealthy snacks. Instead choose an apple or yoghurt.

7. Eat slowly and chew well. This way you will eat less and get the feeling of satiety much quicker.
