Bell pepper – dietary product that can protect against cancer

Bell pepper is an excellent dietary product. One bell pepper contains a daily vitamin C dose. It contains nearly the same amount of carotene as carrots. Also, this vegetable has another important property – it holds all the vitamins even when it’s cooked or preserved. Bell pepper for a long time has been used as a natural aid for strengthening arteries, capillaries and veins.

Fresh red (or green) bell pepper can be added to salads or it can even be served as a separate dish (for example, stuffed bell peppers).

This vegetable is great for people with atherosclerosis, hypotension, thrombophlebitis, anemia, chronic pneumonia or bronchitis, as well as radiation sickness, leukemia (blood cancer), infectious diseases (acute upper respiratory tract infections, laryngitis, bronchitis, rheumatoid arthritis ), especially if they have cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, skin and eye diseases, metabolic disorders caused by some other diseases (for example, gout). Bell pepper is recommended for people living or working in the environment of high radiation, as well as for patients having cancer.
