So you have decided to lose a few pounds. What will you first pay attention on? Probably your nutrition. However, don’t forget to include beverages. The more you drink, the more fluid comes out of your body together with fats and toxins. If you don’t drink much, toxins accumulate in your body which causes overweight.

Water. It’s the cheapest and the best drink for those who want to lose weight. It doesn’t have any fat or calories, so when you drink it, your appetite doesn’t increase. Our brain often cannot distinguish between thirst and hunger, so when out body need fluids we may think we want to eat. Try drinking a glass of water if you want to eat. If you are still hungry, then you can eat.

Green tea. Everybody knows about benefits of this drink. It purifies our body and normalizes metabolism. It is recommended to drink 5 cups of green tea per day. Try to change your coffee with green tea. You should drink it without sugar. If you want you can add a bit of honey.

Mint tea. It has no calories and it accelerates digestion, eliminates headache, etc. if you constantly feel stress, you should also try drinking mint tea. Did you know that it also suppresses appetite?

Ginger tea. It’s great for those who want to lose weight. Ginger tea improves metabolism, strengthens immune system and cleanses the body. Add some honey and lemon to this tea to make it taste better. It is recommended to drink it before eating.
