Cleanse your body before Christmas
 

If you want to help for your body before the holidays and prepare it for continuous eating sessions, you should include some days of discharge. However, the most important rule helping to keep your weight stable and clean is to avoid overeating. If you know that you will not be capable to resist the temptation for sweets or other delicious things, try this three-day discharge diet. It will help you to get rid of 3-4 kilos, clean the body, reduce blood cholesterol levels and feel the rush of energy.

Day 1

– Before the breakfast: a cup of still water with some drops of lemon juice.
– Breakfast: black coffee or a cup of tea (no sugar, milk or milk powder), half of a grapefruit, one slice of bread with a spoonful of peanut butter.
– Drink before lunch: 2 cups of non-carbonated water with few drops of lemon.
– Lunch: 100 g of tuna with one slice of French bread, black coffee or a cup of tea (without any sugar or milk).
– Drink before dinner – a cup of still water with few drops of lemon juice.
– Dinner: 200 grams of any kind of meat or poultry with 200 grams of carrot and apple salad. For a dessert – a cup of vanilla ice cream without any additives.

Day 2
– Before the breakfast: a cup of still water with few drops of lemon juice.
– Breakfast: black coffee or tea, one hard-boiled egg with a slice of toasted French bread, a half of banana.
– Before the lunch: 2 cups of non-carbonated water with few drops of lemon juice.
– Lunch: 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese and 5 pieces of crackers, black coffee or tea.
– Before dinner: a cup of still water with few drops of lemon juice.
– Dinner: 2 beef sausages with one cup of cooked broccoli with 100 grams of grated carrots. For a dessert – half of banana.

Day 3
– Before the breakfast: a cup of still water with few drops of lemon juice.
– Breakfast – black coffee or tea, 5 pieces of crackers and 50 grams of cheddar cheese. For a dessert – one apple.
– Before the lunch – 2 cups of non-carbonated water with few drops of lemon.
– Lunch – one hard-boiled egg with a slice of toasted French bread, black coffee or tea

– Before the dinner – a cup of still water with few drops of lemon.
– Dinner – salad of 100 grams of tuna, 100 grams of grated carrots and one cup of cauliflower. For a dessert – a slice of melon.
