Fruits and vegetables that keep our teeth healthy

We have to admit that many of our habits, such as drinking coffee or alcohol can damage tooth enamel. However, there are also many that silently helps us to achieve a perfect smile. Here are some “secret” toothbrushes.

Apples. These nutrient-rich fruits are rich not only in fiber, but also materials that clean teeth and help you to fight plaque.

Carrots. They are called natural toothbrushes. In fact crunchy fruits and vegetables like apples or carrots can remove stains from our teeth.

Cucumbers. Healthy gums are really important if you want to have a beautiful smile, so keep in mind to take care of them. Cucumbers can be a great source of fiber both for gums and teeth. They also remove sugar and chemical residues in the mouth .
