How to get rid of bad breath?

Every fourth inhabitant of the planet complains about issues related to bad breath. Some, in fact, do not even suspect that they have bad breath. It may damage not only close relationships, but also lead to wrong impression, let’s say, at a businessman interview.

Mouth fresheners, lollipops, chewing gum can only solve this problem for half an hour or so, but then it comes back again. Why? Because people do not know the cause of bad breath.

Possible reasons of bad breath:
– 80 per cent of the cases are related to irregular or inadequate oral hygiene (especially of the gums and tongue)
– Tooth decay, tartar or gingivitis,
– Nasal and oral diseases (such as chronic sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and so on),
– The stomach and digestive tract (gastritis, ulcers) and kidney disease
– Diabetes or oncological diseases,
– Smoking and alcohol,
– Some drugs,
– Spicy foods (garlic, onion),
– Fasting.

So what should you do if you know that you have bad breath?

  1. Smokers should quit smoking.
  2. It is necessary to visit a dentist to fix your teeth and remove the stones. Consult for regular cleaning with a brush, mouthwash and dental floss.
  3. Check your menu, try to eat less of spicy foods.Eat more greens and products that contain fiber, and drink
  4. Be sure to visit your doctor to examine your entire body. Maybe there is some kind of infection.
