Ensure you will have a good day from the early morning

Did you wake up in a bad mood again? Are you irritable and angry? How to improve this mood?

Start your day with a cup of coffee. If you know that you will have plenty of works to do, have a cup of coffee at home. Just make sure you eat something before drinking it.

Fitness. If you are too lazy to go to the gym in the morning, do some exercises in the morning at home at least for 15-20 minutes. Crunches, squats, body stretching exercises will give you more energy for the rest of the day.

Make a to-do list. If you know that you will have a long and intensive day, while you are drinking your coffee, make a to-do list and plan all the things you will have to do. Don’t forget including lunch break and other short breaks in your list.

Open the windows. In the morning, straight when you get out of the bed, open the windows in your bedroom. Let some fresh air in and listen to the sounds for a few minutes coming from the street.

Sleep longer. Go to bed earlier. Instead of watching the same movie for a second time or browsing on the Internet, go to bed and at least lay there with your eyes closed. Good relaxation guarantees a good mood all day long.

Take a cool shower. Cool or contrast shower is a real bliss in the morning. Start your day this way and everyone will notice the difference.
