Though having double chin is not a dangerous thing for your health, it adds some years to the age and makes you look a little bit unhealthy. It can be easily eliminated with a help of plastic surgery but, if you want something not so costly, there’s an inexpensive solution to get rid of it. Try simple double chin exercises that will help you to get rid this unwanted muscles surrounding your chin area.

Lie on your back and make sure that your legs and arms placed straight. Look at the ceiling. Lift your head slowly and strive to reach your chest with a chin. Count to five and relax for five seconds. Then repeat 20-25 times each day.

Sit and stretch your back fully. Bend your head back so you could look at the ceiling. Tighten your neck with a help of your hands and stretch out the chin. Stay in this position for five seconds, relax. Repeat 20-25 times daily.

Lie on your back. Keep your legs straight and your hands on your thighs. Lift the lower part of the head so that your chin reaches the highest point. Stay in this position for a few seconds and slowly relax. Repeat 25 times.

Sit in front of the mirror and widely open your mouth. Slowly bend your head back and cover your upper lip with your lower lip completely. Count to five and relax. This will help to stretch the muscles of your neck. Repeat for 10 times.

Sit straight and turn your head so that you could see the ceiling. Now open your mouth as much as possible and stay for some seconds. Then shut up. Try to strain the muscles of your chin. Repeat for 10-15 times without stopping, and then relax.

Sit straight. Bend your head back so that you could look at the ceiling. Begin to chew excessively. Chew for 10-15 seconds and then relax.
