Food is not your enemy

If you want to lose weight, it does not mean that you have to spend hours in a gym, starve and stop going out with your family and friends. First of all you have to change your old habits and do everything gradually, without any hesitations. Healthy eating has to be a pleasant part of your life but not an obligation. Soon this will help you to get rid of extra weight and have a great health. All you need to do is to eat proper products and proper time.

First of all, you should never refuse your breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day. If you do not eat your breakfast you will soon feel hungry and then start eating any products that will be on your way. This is not good as thought out the day your blood sugar level will be very low which increases fat production. So it is better if you eat your breakfast and have smaller lunch.

It would be ideal if you stop eating croissants, chocolate and other fat sweets. Instead enrich your diet with rice and dark bread and you will get good carbohydrates. Do not forget about protein either. Eat lean meat, fish, eggs, also vegetables, beans, wheat, oats and corn. If you want something sweet, eat fruits. Also don’t forget that olive oil, avocados and nuts must be included into your diet too.

Pay attention to the size of portions. There should not be too much food on your plate. A piece of meat or fish cannot be bigger than your palm. The biggest part of the plate should be occupied by vegetables. Note that there should be less carbohydrates than vegetables, so be careful with rice and so on. Whenever you learn how to make proper sizes, losing weight will be easy.

Divide your food into smaller portions and eat more often. This way you will increase your metabolism. Also think about what you are drinking. One of the best drinks is green tea as it also increases metabolism and controls your blood sugar lever.
