Food that is necessary for our kids

Children have to grow healthy and strong. That is why they need to healthy food. What food is that more precisely.

1. Meat. Lean turkey, rabbit or veal has lots of benefits for growing child. It is rich in protein, iron and zinc. Also it’s a great source of vitamins B2 and B6. The best way to cook meat is boiling or stewing.

2. Fish. It’s a great product that is rich in protein, iron, vitamin B12 and iodine. You can also give your child fish oil as it contains fatty acids that help child’s brain and eyes to develop. Also it strengthens the immune system.

3. Eggs. Although many children do not like eggs, it’s a great product for those who want to be healthy and strong. Eggs are rich in vitamins A, D and B2. A child of 2 years old can eat 2-3 eggs per week.

4. Diary products. A child of 2 years old should drink 500 milliliters of milk and eat 50 grams of cheese. Diary products are important for bones as they contain lots of calcium.

5. Apples. It is not only a tasty but also very useful fruit. Besides, children love apples. They contain pectin which cleanses body from harmful substances such as lead or arsenic. Apples improve digestion. Moreover, they are ideal for strengthening teeth and gums.
