Foods that relieve stress

Grab one of the following products when you are feeling in a bad mood, stress or simply feel bad about the weather outside. A few bites and then you can get back to your daily activities with a new passion!

Oranges. Oranges contain vitamin C, which reduces stress and regulates blood pressure. This vitamin is also necessary to prepare for the upcoming winter season.

Dried apricots. They are rich in magnesium and it is considered to be a natural stress-reducing mineral, which in addition will also relax your muscles after a hard workout.

Almonds, pistachios and walnuts. Almonds and pistachios are sources of vitamins B and E, and walnuts help reduce increased in the blood pressure.
