Here again your alarm goes on in the morning, you press the button to turn it off and keep on sleeping as you still don’t feel like waking up. Is it a familiar feeling for you? A good rest is essential for keeping a good mood throughout the day, so it is important to learn how to improve you sleep quality and get rid of insomnia. Here are some tips to help you:

1. Before going to bed, drink a glass of warm milk or half of the glass of water with one teaspoon of honey.

2. Have a bath in warm water (not too hot) for 10-12 minutes but not longer.

3. The room where you sleep has to be aired. Low temperature is much better than high for quality sleep.

4. Make sure you room has curtains or window blinds. Even the light of the mood can disturb your sleep.

Find out how many hours of sleep are necessary for you individually. On your 3 days off sleep without setting alarm clock. It is also important that you don’t have anyone disturbing your sleep, for example, phone calls. Count how many hours you slept during those 3 days and divide this number by 3.
