Good snack duos

Kiwi and walnuts. Kiwi is an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamins E and C. Besides, kiwis contain more potassium than bananas. Black seeds of kiwi contain lanoline acid and omega 3 fatty acids. Walnuts is a source of protein, dietary fiber, omega 3 fatty acids and magnesium. Just make sure you eat natural walnuts that are not salted or roasted.

Cottage cheese and peanut butter. Make sure you choose lean cottage cheese. Mix it with one teaspoon of peanut butter and you will provide your body with proteins, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin E and magnesium. It’s a great filling snack that will ensure you will stay full until your next meal.

Yogurt and almonds. Low fat yogurt provides body with protein, calcium, vitamins A and B12 as well as magnesium. Almonds gives you energy. Besides, they provide with digestive fiber.

Avocado and turkey. Avocado contains good fats which reduce concentrations of cholesterol in your blood. It also contains vitamin E and glutathione which is a crucial protein for your heart. Turkey has lots of proteins, iron, zinc, vitamin B12, phosphorus and potassium.

Bananas and peanut butter. Bananas contain lots of magnesium and peanut butter will enrich your diet with protein and good fats.
