Bombs of energy. Products that make you more vigorous
 

When you run out of energy, there is no need to have energy drinks or strong coffee. Instead provide your body with some useful substances that you can find in healthy food. All products gives us energy, but some are real bombs of energy.

Brussels sprouts. This vegetable is a great source of vitamin C and magnesium. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that helps to reduce stress and maintain normal metabolism, so you will feel vigorous and active.

Dark chocolate. It is rich in vitamin B which regulates metabolism and helps you feel fresh. You should choose chocolate that has the highest percentage of cocoa. Eat 3-4 pieces of such chocolate instead of a cup of coffee. Milk chocolate has an opposite effect. If you eat it you can become sluggish and lethargic.

Oats. Oatmeal is one of the most popular dishes for breakfast. And it only takes 5 minutes to cook it. Oats are rich in B group vitamins that help to break down carbohydrates and convert them into useful energy. Avoid adding sugar or honey to your oatmeal. Sprinkle some cinnamon or sesames seeds instead.

Water. Although we can live without food for more than a week, we cannot have a day without water. This only proves how important water is. Easy dehydration is one of the most common causes of fatigue. It also leads to headaches and lack of concentration.

Seeds. Various seeds, such as sunflower, pumpkin or sesame seeds are rich in protein and minerals which are important sources of energy. Seeds also contain saturated fats which are beneficial for heart and vascular system and which regulate blood flow to our heart and brain.

Nuts. Nuts are one of the most important sources of protein and energy. Nuts contain powerful antioxidants, selenium and vitamin E. antioxidants stop aging process and protect against damage of free radical. A handful of nuts a day will help to maintain sufficient level of energy.
