The biggest nutrition mistakes

Many of us are constantly repeating the same mistakes. They combine products that they shouldn’t eat together, do not know what to eat for breakfast or dinner and so on. So what should you do? Here are some rules that you should follow if you want to avoid the main nutrition mistakes:

  • Read what is written on products label. This way you will know its ingredients, calories, preservatives, etc.
  • If like drinking tea with milk, you should know that milk neutralizes good properties of tea.
  • Juice in packs contain lots of sugar, they have more calories than benefits.
  • Do not buy breakfast porridge that is quick to cook.  It is better to wake up 15 minutes earlier and prepare ordinary porridge.
  • Very often we are in a rush so we eat very quickly. Have in mind that when you are in a rush you do not chew food well and you eat more food.
  • Different colors have different effects on us, for example, blue color is considered to be calming and red makes us exited. For this reason it is recommended to choose dishes of calm colors so you would eat less.
  • Do not eat meat late in the evening. It takes 6-8 hours to digest it, so you will not rest well.
  • Do not eat sweets or drink coffee in the evening either. These products will make it more difficult for you to fall asleep. Instead make a cup of chamomile tea.
