What to eat before a work out?

If you want to lose weight, you have to have proper diet and exercise to strengthen your muscles. This can help you to get rid of all extra fat.
Fat is a backup energy source. Our body uses fats when it lacks power. If you want to lose weight you cannot work out when your stomach is full. Make your body use fat that is already set on your body instead of burning the food that you ate before.
If you starve, you will not be able to have efficient workouts. Your body will refuse to work. After all, the nervous system and the brain get the energy from carbohydrates.
If you want to make your workout efficient, you need to eat a small amount of carbohydrate  2-3 hours before a workout. You can eat oats, buckwheat, fruits ( except bananas and grapes) , vegetables, salad. These products will provide all necessary carbohydrates, increase endurance, strengthen your body.
If you exercise early in the morning and do not have time for a couple of hours before a workout, you can eat an apple or a little bit of oatmeal at least 40-60 minutes prior to exercising.
If you don’t have much time in the morning, drink a cup of green tea or cocoa without sugar. This drink will wake up and be more active.
