How to fight against migraine?

Scientists say that migraine is provoked by controlled and uncontrolled factors. Controlled factors are diet, sleep, stress and bad habits. It is thought that people, who have a regular schedule, suffer from migraine much less frequently. So the first tip for these people is to start the day early, at 6 or 7 a.m.

In the morning drink a cup of green tea as it does not affect nervous system and is invigorating.

If you work a lot at the computer it can also cause headache. Make sure to make breaks when you relax and rest from computer.

Eat vegetable dishes or soup for dinner. Avoid chocolate, blue cheese and wine.

Do you feel hungry and you have a headache? It is not surprising as these two feelings are often related. In this case eat an apple or some other light snack.

Headache is always following those people who lack B group vitamins and magnesium. Eat fish or vegetable stew for dinner.

As you know, a lack of sleep can also cause migraine. Try to go to bed always at the same time. It will improve your sleep and you will learn how to fall asleep faster.
