1. Have your snack at the same time every day.

All of us like snacking. Get used to do it between 3 and 4 in the afternoon. Your snacks have to be healthy – an apple, some almonds or a piece of low fat cheese. Regular eating stabilizes blood sugar and increases metabolism.

2. Chew your food well.

Dawn Blatner, American nutritionist, who wrote a book “Flexitarian Diet”, claims that it’s the best advice he can give to his patients. “Digestion begins in your mouth with the help of enzymes in saliva. Chewing food improves digestion so intestinal bacteria have less work to do and in turn produce less gas.”

4. Ignore sugar

Try to minimize sugar in your diet. Sugar is harmful for many reasons. First of all, the amount of sugar in blood often leads to fatigue and regular headaches. Second, sugar increases the risk of obesity and diabetes. Sugar damages your skin. The higher is the amount of sugar in blood, the faster aging takes place.

5. Start using sea salt.

Abdominal swelling and excess weight is often a consequence of you love for salty food. Choose sea salt instead of ordinary table salt. It contains less sodium ions, which causes body to hold fluids. Besides, it contains more magnesium and potassium ions, which are very useful for cardiovascular and nervous system. You should also avoid frequent use of soy sauce – even the most quality soy sauce contains lots of sodium. It is much more useful to use Cayenne pepper which also accelerate metabolism.

6. Eat whole grain bread

Whole grain food is very useful for your digestive system. This kind of bread normalize metabolism and strengthens immune system of the body.

7. Laugh more often

It’s unbelievable but laugh can tighten your belly. The more you laugh, the more calories you burn. Besides, it helps to burn fat around your abdomen. So be happy and you will be beautiful!
