1. Take 4 tablespoons of chopped sunflower husk and lime buds. Pour them with a liter of water and boil for half an hour. plaque on their teeth. It’s also recommended drinking bean husks and burdock root tea mixture. Just take one teaspoon of the mixture and pour a glass of boiling water over it.
