How to get rid of dental plaque at home?

When cleaning the teeth only with a tooth brush, it’s difficult to reach all the areas in the mouth, so after some time you may notice dental plaque on your theeth. Though it can’t be removed easily, it’s possible by using some recipes given by experts.

Dental plaque tends to begin occuring in those places that can be hardly reachable with a brush. In addition, plaque may also occurs when a person suffers from metabolic disorders, in most of the cases has problems with salt metabolism.

However, if you want to save some money or simply don’t have much time for the visit to your dentist, try these recipes. 1. Take 4 tablespoons of chopped sunflower husk and lime buds. Pour them with a liter of water and boil for half an hour. When this mixture becomes cold, brush the teeth with it and rinse your mouth. This broth will soften the plaque and remove it from your teeth. In addition, it is very useful when having dental implants inserted – after the procedure, rinse your mouth with it.

2. For those who have been suffering from the plaque for a long time, 
our grandmothers would recommend drinking horsetail broth. Just take 30 grams of horsetail and pour it with a glass of water. You can drink a third of a glass twice a day for 20 days.

3. Those who frequently include black radishes and lemons in their menu have much less possibility to have dental 
plaque on their teeth. It’s also recommended drinking bean husks and burdock root tea mixture. Just take one teaspoon of the mixture and pour a glass of boiling water over it.
