How to improve your immune system?

Human’s immune system is like an invisible shield that protects body against various bacteria, viruses and other pathogens. It’s very important because we do not live under a glass cover and we are “attacked” by lots of micro-organisms every day. Because of it we do not get a different disease but when the weather becomes wet and cold, days gets shorten, we suffer from vitamin deficiency, stress, our immune system becomes weak. So, what can be done in order to improve it? Here are some ways:

1. Appropriate menu
Our body loses millions of cells every day and their production needs some special materials received by us with food, fluid and air. Natural products and healthy way of eating is very important to our health. Studies have shown that our immunity can be improved by probiotic bacteria which are extracted naturally. Probiotics should be used as a daily food supplement, so choose yogurt, buttermilk, meat products to get the best effect. Besides, studies have shown that even the deficiency of single nutrient can weaken our immune system, so include various products in your diet.

2. Active lifestyle
Doctors are always talking about the benefits of active lifestyle. Sport enhances the body’s resistance to various diseases and improves the immune system. So, start attending aerobics class, gym, swimming
pool, dance classes or yoga to feel better. Besides, you will also lose some weight as well!

3. Sauna
Sauna – it’s procedure important not only to clean the body but to improve immune system as well. Temperature changes and contrast shower will strengthen out body, improve digestive, respiratory and nervous systems. Remember that before going to sauna, you shouldn’t eat much and go there hungry. Some people are not allowed to go to the sauna so you should consult with your doctor about this.
