How to lose weight drinking water?

Is it possible to lose weight drinking water? Here are a few tips that will help you to get rid few kilos.

1. A glass of water before food. Dink a glass of water 20 minutes before each meal. This way you will reduce your appetite and eat less food.

2. Don’t drink cold water. The water should be at least room temperature. Your body will need to use energy for warming up cold water and this way it will have less energy to digest food. Besides, cold water makes you feel more hungry.

3. Instead of drinking tea or coffee all the time, drink water. Soon you will notice that it’s not that difficult to drink recommended 2 liters of water per day if you choose water instead of other drinks.

4. Do not keep you water in plastic bottles. It’s always better to keep it in glass containers. Plastic bottles contain harmful particles which can be active in heat.

5. Drink water regularly. It is not good if you drink only when you feel thirsty. Thirst shows that your body lost a part of liquids. You should drink regularly so you would never feel thirsty.

6. Start your day with a glass of water. The first thing you should do when you wake up is to drink a glass of water. This way you will wake your body up and prepare it for the day. This also means you will digest your breakfast better.
