How to make your hair grow faster?

Everyone, especially women want their hair to grow faster. This wish is even stronger because of upcoming events, holidays, etc. Long hair is considered to be trendy amongst younger generations and the older ones believe it’s a way to look vital and young. There are a few things that you must know in order to make your hair grow faster.

Vitamins

Vitamins are essential in having faster hair growth. Vitamin B is the common vitamin that’s recommended for most people. Vitamin C is also great for hair growth which can be easily found in many citrus fruits. Your vitamin intake overall is important and it’s good to keep up with how much you need to take in daily. However, don’t overtake vitamins as they can have side effects too.

Healthy Eating

Having a healthy diet is also very important in order to grow your hair fast. Try to replace junk food with fruits and vegetables. Make sure you consume enough of protein such as fish, meat and eggs. Protein is the main ingredient for hair to not only grow fast, but to also grow strong from within the scalp. One or two boiled eggs per day should be enough protein for you. Don’t oer do it though, just like with vitamins.

Use Hair Products with Natural Ingredients

Instead of using chemicals on your hair that is what most of the brands offer, try to find products with 100% natural ingredients. Be creative and make your own shampoo. Include rosemary, sage, jojoba oil, coconut oil, etc. You can use vinegar to clarify your hair so it can remove product buildup.
