How to reduce your appetite?

No matter what you do you want to eat anyway? Read these tips and you will remain slim even after many Christmas dinners.

Start your morning with a glass of water. Drink a glass of still warm water before each meal too. It fills your stomach so you will not eat that much. Remember that carbonated water can cause stomach pain and cold water increases your appetite.

If you want to eat at night and you want to eat, make sure you always have some fresh salad in your fridge. Choose something like tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, cabbage or celery. Such salad are easy to digest so you can eat them even 10 minutes before going to bed.

Chicken, bread, soup and green vegetables reduce appetite if you don’t eat them with lots of spices as they increase appetite.

Blue plates reduce appetite. Also try eating from smaller plates, do not watch TV and do not use your computer while you are eating.

Eat 5 times per day. Have three main meals and two snacks.

Go out for a walk. If you want to eat, go to get some fresh air at least for 10-15 minutes. When you come back, drink some warm water and eat fresh salad.

And last but not least, the more activities you have, the less you want to eat.
