Day 3

Breakfast. Tea / coffee (no sugar) or a cup of water, 5 small crackers, 30 grams of cheddar cheese, a small apple.

Lunch. Hard-boiled egg, toast, coffee / tea (no sugar)or a cup of water.

Dinner. Bowl of tuna, a handful of carrots, a handful of cauliflower, a handful of melon, half portions of low-fat vanilla ice cream, coffee / tea (no sugar) or a cup of water. ‘

Total calories per day: 859

You can also include: Lemon, pinch of salt and pepper, a teaspoon of mustard each meal, peppermint candy or sugar-free chewing gum.
