Nowadays, there are many men under 35 who are diagnosed with cancer and cardiovascular diseases. How to avoid them ? According to the researchers, it is not hard to do it. You just have to give up tobacco, exercise regularly and eat correctly. So what products are necessary for men’s health?

Oysters. Oysters and other seafood are usually considered as a very powerful aphrodisiac. This is partly true because oysters , mussels and squid are rich in protein and micronutrients, which are beneficial to men’s health  Some seafood every day will provide daily dose of zinc, which is known to prevent prostate cancer. You can also eat lean beef and beans if you want to get enough of zinc.

Bananas. Bananas have a lot of potassium, which is necessary for normal nervous system and heart functioning. Banana diet helps to reduce the risk of heart attack.

Oily fish. Oily fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring) is full of omega- 3 fatty acids. However, it is important to emphasize that the smoked fish is not suitable as it may contain carcinogens. Salted herring is also not very useful as the excess of salt adversely affects the heart and cardiovascular system. You can also find omega – 3 fatty acids using flaxseed oil , nuts and eggs.

Broccoli. These vegetables help to prevent cancer and heart diseases. Broccoli is rich in vitamin C, beta carotene, potassium, and sulforaphane  which has strong anti-tumor effect. Harvard University researchers have recently proven that 5 servings of cruciferous vegetables per week reduces the risk of bladder cancer by 50%.
