Freshly squeezed juice is one of the most popular drinks all over the world. It contains all vitamins and trace elements that our body needs. However, we should know both about advantages and disadvantages of it.
Advantages

Freshly squeezed juice is used to treat and prevent some diseases. Orange juice is rich in vitamin C, so it is very useful in strengthening immunity and treating colds.

Black currant juice is also great to treat clods. Prepare apple and blackcurrant juice cocktail if you think you got cold. If you don’t have currants, you can use cranberries.

Fresh fruit and vegetable juice cleanses all toxins from the body, rejuvenates the skin and restores blood. Beetroot juice is great for women, especially before menstruation. Carrot and pumpkin juice is an excellent remedy for constipation.

Freshly squeezed juice is great if you are on a diet. If you want to lose some weight, choose watermelon and grapefruit juice.

Disadvatages

Freshly squeezed juice is not good for people with gastritis and gastric ulcer.

You should also be careful with fresh juice, if you have any allergies. However, if you are allergic to citrus fruits, instead of the orange juice you can drink carrot juice or peach juice. This way your body will get all the necessary vitamins without causing allergic reactions.

People suffering from obesity should not drink sweet juice, because it can lead to diabetes. Therefore, it is necessary to choose juice of fruits and vegetables that contain minimal amount of sugar. In order to reduce the amount of sugar, you can also dilute it with water.
