Healthy and tasty option for your breakfast
 

This cocktail is a real energy bomb that is great to have in the morning to keep you up throughout the day. It is saturated, but low-calorie, so it is great if you’re on a diet. ¬†Although there are many people who like vegetables and fruits, but they find raw eating a biggest nonsense. However, from time to time, everybody should have a break from cooked food.
You will need:
1 large cucumber,
A handful of fresh rosemary,
3 celery stalks,
0.5 broccoli,
1 large apple,
0.5 peeled lemon .

Wash all the ingredients and mash with a blender. If you think it is too thick, add some apple juice.

Remember that juicing allows you to consume an optimal amount of vegetables very efficiently. If you are a carb type of person, you should eat one pound of raw vegetables per 50 pounds of body weight per day. Some people may find eating that many vegetables difficult, but it can be easily accomplished with a quick glass of vegetable juice.
