Nutritionists often provide lists of products that are useful for our bodies. Recently, they announced products that can help to improve health of men and women. This time they separated what is good for men and what is good for women.

Products for men

Tomatoes. Doctors say that tomatoes are great for health of prostate. They are rich in lycopene which ensure good prostate gland functioning. Besides, lycopene is a strong antioxidant which stops aging and help to prevent cancer.

Bell peppers. They are good for normal functioning of your heart. 2 medium bell peppers contain daily dose of vitamin C.

Dark grapes. They are also rich in antioxidants and flavonoids which support overall body tone.

Meat. Meat contains “good” cholesterol which is important to have good sexual life. Just make sure you eat lean meat.

Dried apricots and raisins. They are necessary to stimulate brain activity. One handful of dried fruit is a great snack in between your meals.

Products for women

Fish. The best fish for women is salmon and cod. They contain selenium, phosphorus and omega 3 fatty acids. These substances help to stop aging, increase efficiency at work and improve mood.

Oatmeal. Oat is rich in fiber and they purify blood vessels. Oatmeal also contains vitamin E which helps to maintain skin elasticity.

Cabbage. It’s an irreplaceable antioxidant and it is also rich in folic acid and vitamin C. Some scientists claim that cabbage protect against breast cancer. Besides, cabbage help to clean your body.

Avocado. Avocado contains potassium as well as vitamins that have positive effect on hair and nails. Avocado eliminates “bad” cholesterol and normalizes blood pressure.

According to nutritionists, both men and women should eat nuts, leguminous vegetables and seafood. All these products prolong life. Don’t forget about apples. They are rich in pectin and minerals that protect liver.
