Simple exercises for busy people

Fitness is a hobby which needs time and if you are busy all day long it’s hard to find some time for it. For those who always are in a lack of time, here is the most effective set of exercises. With the help of these exercises you can burn 100 calories in less than 10 minutes.

1. Improves the abdomen, legs and seat muscles.
Starting position – feet on the floor, spread wide, bent, arms down. Jump up to the top, and spread your legs and arms so as to form an “X”-shape. Do this exercise without a stop for a minute.

2. Strengthens the back, abdomen, seat, shoulders and arm muscles.
Starting position – hands and feet on the ground. By very fast motion push yourself off the ground and jump on your feet. Try to do this exercise precisely – you have to complete the move by standing on the bent legs and have your arms outstretched in the front. Return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise without a stop for a minute.

3. Strengthens the arms, abdomen, legs and seat muscles.
Starting position – feet on the floor, put close together, arms bent at 90 degrees. Tighten the abdominal muscles and jump on one leg bending it over the knee and putting sideways. Arms can be free to move, so you could keep the balance. Change your legs. Without a stop, do this exercise for one minute.

4. Strengthens the back, abdomen, seat and leg muscles.
It’s a very easy, but incredibly effective exercise. Lie on your back. Tighten the abdominal muscles as fast as possible and start lifting feet from the ground. Work as hard as you can – lift your legs, so that your torso is up with angles. Repeat the exercise for one minute.
