Glasgow University researchers have proven that natural juice can help to protect against Alzheimer’s diseases. They have analyzed composition of various juice and found out about the amount of antioxidants in there. It turned out that the most useful juice is apple and cranberry however, other kings have lots of useful properties too.

Tomato juice contains lycopene which is known to help to protect against may types of cancer and reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. 100 grams of tomato juice has 40 calories.

Cranberry juice protect against dental gum diseases and help to overcome urinary infections. Remember that this juice usually contains sugar, so do not abuse them. You don’t need more than one glass per day. 100 grams of cranberry juice has 56 calories.

Orange juice stimulates protective power of your body, strengthens your immune system and protects against cancer. It is a good source of folic acid, so this drink should be included in the menu of pregnant women. 100 grams of orange juice contains 45 calories.

 

Cherry juice. It also contains high amount of folic acid and iron which is great those suffering from anemia. Catechin and anthocyanin strengthens vascular walls.
