Dieticians say that the best diet is avoid overeating, but if it’s already a little bit too late, try this three-day diet which will help you to lose up to 4 kilograms, clean your body, reduce cholesterol levels and get back your energy.
First day.
Before breakfast: a glass of still water with a few drops of lemon juice.
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee or tea (no sugar, milk or milk powder), half a grapefruit, one slice of toast with a spoon of peanut butter.
Before lunch: 2 glasses of still water with a few drops of lemon juice.
Lunch: 100 grams of tuna with one toast, a cup of black tea or coffee (no sugar or milk).
Before dinner: a glass of still water with a few drops of lemon juice.

Second day.

Breakfast: a cup of black coffee or tea, one boiled egg with one toast (no mayo or salt), half a banana.
Before lunch: two glasses of still water with a few drops of lemon juice.
Lunch: 200 grams of cottage cheese and 5 crackers, a cup of black coffee or tea.
Before dinner: a glass of still water with a few drops of lemon juice.
Dinner: two beef sausages with one cup of cooked broccoli, 100 grams of grated carrots. For dessert, one ball of vanilla ice-cream and half a banana.
Third day.
Before breakfast: a glass of still water with a few drops of lemon juice.
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee or tea, 5 crackers, 50 g of cheddar cheese and one apple.
Before lunch: two glasses of still water with a few drops of lemon juice.
Lunch: one boiled egg with one toast, a cup of black coffee or tea.
Before dinner: a glass of still water with a few drops of lemon juice.
Dinner: 100 grams of tuna, 100 grams of carrots, one cup of cauliflower. For desert, a slice of melon and one ball of vanilla ice-cream.
Diet drawbacks:
