Use bananas for your beauty

Most of the women avoid including bananas into their menu because they are afraid of their calorie count. However, in reality they are wrong because carbohydrates such as natural fructose, glucose or others, that are inside the ripe fruit, are easily digested and well absorbed by human’s body.

When trying to lose some weight, doctors even recommend trying a diet of bananas. Bananas will give you vitamins A, C and E, fiber, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium and other elements. Because of such composition, bananas are widely used in cosmetology. Most of the beauty masks can be easily made at home, so try these recipes to improve your beauty.

Face mask for dry skin: crush one banana and stir in one teaspoon of cream (you can replace it with two teaspoons of milk). Put this mass on your face and leave for 10-15 minutes. Additionally, wash out with
warm water. Repeat this procedure on the next day.

Facial mask for normal skin: crush a banana, and then mix it with a splash of buttermilk. Apply the mixture on clean skin, rinse with warm water but after 10 minutes. This mask will definitely make you joy of your skin?

Nourishing facial mask: make a mixture of one banana, one tablespoon of honey and 1-2 spoons of cream. Apply this mask on your face and leave for 20 minutes. Additionally, use a clean cloth to remove this mask gently.

Energizing mask with bananas: mash one banana and mix this mass with a raw egg whites, one spoon of lemon juice and few drops of any vegetable oil. Apply the mask on your clean face and leave for 10-15
minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Anti-wrinkle mask with bananas: crush one banana and stir in one teaspoon of sour cream and one egg yolk. Apply the mask on a clean face and leave it for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. This
procedure should be repeated twice a week.
