That’s a diet that most of the models follow. You can distribute the products throughout the day the way you want and you should eat 4-5 times per day.

Breakfast. A bowl of your favorite porridge, for example, oat meal without butter and sugar. Low fat yogurt or 3-4 egg whites with cheese, fruits and black tea without sugar.
