Grapes diet

If you like grapes and you worried about a few extra pounds, you can try grape diet. This diet is not recommended for those who are suffering with colitis, diabetes, sensitive stomach and pancreas, increased gastric acidity and high blood sugar.

If you follow this diet for at least one week or eat dishes with grapes, your skin will become noticeably brighter and more elastic. It will also reduce bags under the eyes, because grapes are rich in potassium, which stimulates fluid secretion. At the same time grapes can cleanse lymphatic system and eliminate toxic substances from the body.

Grapes are also rich in fructose, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, pro-vitamin A, folic acid, copper, boron, zinc, C, and B vitamins. They also contain pectin and tannin.

Grapes have about twenty rare antioxidants, which eliminate free radicals and have anti-aging properties. People have used grapes to treat anemia and various wasting diseases for a long time. They also contain potassium and magnesium (which strengthen cardiovascular activity) and folic acid which is necessary for those who want to have good blood.

Therefore, it is recommend trying grape diet (1200 kcal per day). During the day you can eat a kilo of grapes (about 700 kcal), while the remaining 500 calories can be other products. Make sure you choose healthy low fat products. Avoid carbonated drinks, salt, do not eat dairy products together with grapes because they encourage fermentation process and you will digest food slower. During the day, drink about 2 liters of fluid.
