Your body will burn much more calories if you add certain products to your menu. They are ver yeasy to find anywhere and they do magic:

  • Oily fish (mackerel, sardines, salmon, trout). They are rich in fish oil, omega-3 fatty acids – the best fuel to burn calories;
  • Chili peppers. Even if you burn the throat eating chili, you should know that it does a great job or your body;
