Pumpkin diet

Autumn is a great time for pumpkins. If you want to lose weight, pumpkin can help you with that. So first of all let’s talk about the benefits of pumpkin.
Pumpkins remove toxins from the body, they cleanse the body and strengthen the immune system. Pumpkin diet is based on low calorie, four days in a row you will eat different food. After four days, it will start all over again. You can follow this diet for 12 days. If you do, you can lose around 8 kilos.
Day 1
Breakfast: Pumpkin salad and pumpkin puree.
Lunch: Pumpkin soup.
Dinner: Steamed pumpkin.
Day 2:
Breakfast: Pumpkin salad and pumpkin puree.
Lunch: Dietary vegetable soup and pumpkin pancakes.
Dinner: Fresh or cooked apples.
Day 3:
Breakfast: Pumpkin salad and pumpkin puree.
Lunch: Soup with meatballs.
Dinner: Pumpkin salad with pineapple.
Day 4:
Breakfast: Pumpkin salad and pumpkin puree.
Lunch: Vegetable or beetroot soup.
Dinner: Pumpkin ragout.
This diet should include a minimum amount of salt, fat and sugar. Drink only still or carbonated water and tea without sugar. Between breakfast and lunch you can have some savory snack, and have your dinner not later than at 6 p.m.
Remember, if you often have a stomach ache or you are allergic to pumpkin, you should not follow this diet.
