What products to choose when you are on diet?

1. Almonds. This is an excellent source of energy! They are rich in protein and carbohydrates, so it is – a really great choice, just when you want to snack.

2. Apples. They are crisp, tasty, low-calorie and full of antioxidants which are beneficial for your beauty.

3. Avocados. Use mashed avocado for your sandwiches. This is not only tasty, but also very healthy.

4. Beans. Beans are full of protein which is great if you want to lose weight.

5. Paprika. It does not matter what color you like. All paprika is rich in vitamin C (four slices of it has about 30 mg of vitamin C, which is the daily intake for an adult).
