What should you eat after giving birth?

Most likely every women wants to get back in shape as soon as possible after giving birth. Pregnancy gives us more then one extra kilo which is not that easy to get rid of.

First of all, women should pay attention on their diet. It should be full-fledged and healthy as you are breastfeeding the baby. So harsh diet straight after birth is practically impossible as it can be harmful not only for you but for the milk as well. After giving birth you should wait at least 2 months and then you can actively start taking care of your beauty.

Young mothers should eat everything that helps to preserve taste of milk and they should avoid products tha may harm baby’s health. It is important to add that women should not drink coffee, strong tea, they should not eat chocolate, fried, spicy and smoked food. These products should be removed from mom’s diet at least for 6 months. Young moms should also limit consumption of these products: fruits, vegetables, beans, pickles, whole milk, eggs anf soft drinks. If you can, you should not eat these products for a while at all. Don’t eat too much bread either.

Eat various soups, poridge that has no sugar or oil. You can also eat some lean meat, fish, potatoes and pasta. Enoys steamed vegetables, beetroots and seaweed.

Control how much you drink. Do not drink more than 2 liters per day. These 2 liters are tea, soups and water.Too much drinks can lead to too much milk.

Such diet will help you to lose extra kilos and it will contribute to good health of your baby.
