What to eat to get a nice and even tan

A nice and even tan makes every person more beautiful. So if you want to make your skin look good, you have to work for it. First of all, you have to get a nice tan and then to maintain it. This can be done with a help of various fruits, vegetables and berries. So what should you eat to get a nice tan?

1. Watermelons, melons, apricots, peaches, mangoes, coconuts, pumpkins and blackberries contain active ingredients that help human skin to produce melanin, or dark pigment. So don’t forget about these fruits. They will not only help you to look slimmer and fresher, but also ensure you have a beautiful skin.

2. Carrots contain vitamin A or beta-carotene which also promotes dark tan. Before going to the beach, eat two carrots or drink a glass of fresh carrot juice.

3. You can also maintain nice tan eating potatoes and spinach.

4. It’s is important to protect the skin from harmful sun rays, eat tomatoes and olive oil every day.

5. Skin beauty is also determined by vitamins E and C which help to prevent pigmentation. You can get vitamin E from soy, wheat germ. Vitamin C – in red peppers, horseradish, parsley, tomatoes, kiwi, oranges, strawberries.

6. Eat fish, especially mackerel, herring and trout. They are rich in omega 3 fatty acids which help to protect body against harmful sun rays.
