Prepare bath with mint. Put 1 liter of boiling water on 50 g of mint leaves, boil it for 1-2 minutes and pour into the bath. It will help to treat damaged skin, itching, allergic rashes and scrofula. It is also very calming so it’s great to do it before bedtime.

Rub mint iced tea to your face and chest every day. It will help to maintain skin tone. Especially helpful for those with oily skin.

Mint essential oil is great to treat insect bite, irritation and sores. If you suffer from headaches or migraines, rub your temples with this oil. If you have a toothache, a drop of essential oil will ease the pain.
