When you need to get up early..

Use these tips suggested by psychologists:

Pay attention to your habits: our body tends to have same habits, so if you wake up every day at the same time, soon you will find it easier and easier. If you’re not accustomed to get up early, this may be incredibly difficult. However, it is important not to make any concessions for yourself and get up at the same time, even on the weekends. Gradually, you will set your inner clock and learn to get up without an alarm.

Listen to alarm clock: when you start hearing an alarm clock, you should get up immediately. Lying in bed and hoping to sleep for another ten minutes means nothing for your body and brain. One good way to make yourself get up right away – keeping an alarm clock in another side of the room. In order to turn it off, you will need to get out of the bed and then go back. However, keep in mind that sudden wake up is not suitable for people who have problems with heart and vascular system.

You must be willing to get up early: if you truly desire to get up early, you have to arrange your brain for that. Think about what benefits you can get from that when in bed and also continue to repeat the time when you need to get up. If you are able to concentrate, you’re ready to get up at that time.

Go to bed when you feel tired: the fact that I want to get up early does not mean you must go to bed as early as possible. Often, we need to sleep longer than the body needs, so its better go to bed only when you feel tired. Otherwise you will just spend your valuable time trying to sleep and it won’t help you to get up early in the morning.
