Which products promote skin aging?

The way we look can really represent our age. It depends on many factors like genes, body composition, clothing, make-up, lifestyle and of course eating habits. Perhaps you will agree that one of the youth “secrets” is a beautiful skin, but how keep it that way? Some of the products that we are used to eat, in fact aging skin. Here is a list of foods that you should avoid:

Salt. The American Heart Association says that daily use of salt can have an impact on high blood pressure and swelling of the eyelids.

Sugar. Dermatologists recognize that sugar is one of the biggest enemies of the skin. Reducing consumption of sugar you may soon notice that the skin became more elastic. If you crave for sweets, try to replace them with fresh sweet fruits.

Coffee. While many people talk about the benefits of coffee, unfortunately it is probably the major contributor to skin aging. People who often drink coffee, usually have dry skin with lack of elasticity. In addition, coffee affects not only the skin but also your teeth.

Alcohol. Alcohol affects not only the skin, but also other organs, especially your liver. If you drink alcohol, you should drink a greater amount of water. Even if it’s just one glass of wine.
