Why nutritionists advice to eat bananas?

Anemia. If you suffer from anemia, you should always consult your doctor. However, you can maintain good level of iron in your blood by eating bananas.

Blood pressure. Bananas are rich in potassium and low in salt, so it is a great choice for those suffering from high blood pressure. Besides, potassium is necessary for those who are studying intensively as it activates brain work.

Digestion. As already mentioned, bananas (just like all fruits) are rich in fiber, which is necessary for good digestion. Bananas also reduce acidity, so they are great for people who have sensitive stomach.
