1.Drink plenty of water. We all know that we should drink about two litres of water a day, but we rarely fulfil this task. Water is essential for all cells, it helps cleanse the liver and entire digestive tract, removes toxins from the body, etc.
2. Make a diet of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grain products for at least a few days. It’s light, but rich in vitamins, minerals, food, and it contains only good fats and useful calories. Say “No” to bad fats and unhealthy carbohydrates!
3. Increase your physical activity. It is particularly appropriate for the first days after Easter because you need to initiate your lazy muscles. If you do not work out, you should engage in low introductory exercises, if you do work out – increase the load.
4. Relax. Allow more time to sleep. Your body needs to recuperate after mountains of food and alcoholic beverages. In addition, you are speeding up metabolism of the liver and other organs. Do not go to sleep, if you have just eaten.
5. Choose natural. Choose natural antioxidants instead of drugs.
