Naturally fresh breath

Bad breath can really stop you feeling confident and it can be very annoying both to you and to others. Chewing gum and lozenges have short-term effect and they are also known to have side effects, like damaging tooth surface, and the composition of chewing gum and lozenges are often questionable as well. We suggest trying a few natural remedies.

Mint leaves. If you eat dessert, which is decorated with mint leaves, chew them after eating. Mint instantly freshens you breath.

Salt solution. After eating you can rinse your mouth with salt solution. Get a glass of lukewarm water, add a teaspoon of salt and rinse your mouth. Rinsing will help to remove food particles trapped between teeth and the salt will destroy bacteria in the oral cavity.

Soda. From time to time brush your teeth with baking soda. It will neutralize acids in your mouth which favor breeding bacteria.

Apples. Eat an apple. It is a bit hard so it will remove food residues.

Yogurt. Eating yogurt regularly improves your breath.

Water. Dehydrated mouth is a great place for bacteria to breed. Do not forget to drink 6-8 glasses of water every day.
