Poultry is the best source of protein!

Doctors claim: those who are trying to lose some weight are wrong when they decide to stop eating meat products and fat. That’s because they don’t get all the substances that they need and may even get the opposite effect and gain some weight! Those substances are amino-proteins that are needed in muscle-growth and for the fat-burning processes.

If you are one of those people who have fallen into this myth and avoid meat for a ‘healthier’ body, you should start eating poultry. This meat has been approved to be extremely needed when trying to build some muscle mass and burn more fat because it is a great source of amino proteins.

Poultry has been approved to be the best source of protein. For example, 100 grams of pork has 10-15% of protein when chicken has even 20-23% of protein. This meat, especially the breasts, has almost no fat – 92% is complete protein and only 8% are other fat. Besides, chicken has almost 3 times more phosphorus, iron and other minerals and vitamins than other types of meat. Its liver has numerous vitamins, like vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and folic acid. Keep in mind that chicken breasts have more protein than its tights and wings.

Other things to get proteins are the eggs, yogurt and beef. However, keep in mind that eggs should be eaten in moderation because they have lots of cholesterol. In the meanwhile, yogurt contains a lot of
carbohydrates and protein needed for muscle rehabilitation and regeneration after training and the beef – zinc and iron that are the main elements that support muscle growth.
