3 ways to improve your eyesight

Most of us don’t pay much attention to such symptoms as the eye redness, feeling of sand in the eyes or bursting capillaries. However, if you have felt at least two symptoms of the following ones then you need help straight away. Read these simple self-help measures that can greatly reduce eye strain and deterioration of vision if followed regularly:

Gymnastics

Eye gymnastics is a powerful way to not only enhance the skin around your eyes, minimize mimic wrinkles but also reduce the stress. Besides, if you suffer from headaches that mostly appear as soon as you start work with PC, 5-7 minutes of relaxation breaks should be included daily. You won’t even need to leave your table. However, turning away from the PC is recommended:
Close your eyes firmly for 3-5 seconds and then open them suddenly. Repeat for 8-10 times.
While holding your head straight, look to the left and then to the right. Then look up and down. Repeat for five times.
Close your eyes and turn them around in a clockwise direction. After that – before. Do this exercise for 30 seconds.

Eye massage

It has been proved that massage helps to relax muscles of the eyes, improves blood circulation and also relieves the tension. This procedure can be done while sitting at your work table, so close your eyes and massage eyeballs with light strokes for one minute. Massage them clockwise and then using your finger pads rub against the nose towards the temples. Additionally, sit for 2-3 minutes with your eyes closed.

Diet for the eyes

Remember the childhood when you were told by your mother or grandmother about the value of carrots and blueberries. In order to help for your eyes, eat these excellent sources of essential vitamins. You can eat blueberry and carrot cakes or drink their juice as often as possible.
